Huntington has now seen four straight years of population growth per the US Census. The growth has been small thus far but signals even more that things are turning around for the Jewel City. Hopefully, the growth continues and magnifies as more people see what a great place Huntington is to live! Named as the 8th best housing market for the next five years, continued growth at Marshall and continued growth in our downtown and small businesses, things are looking good indeed!

Huntington has always been a nice WV city and always will be. It's good to see the population growth as well as in many other WV cities like Parkersburg, Vienna, and Clarksburg, even it it's not that much. I'll take slow steady growth any day over uncontrolled growth, which leads to problems and eventually implodes on itself.
