It looks like there will be a new skills course and mountain bike trail coming to Rotary Park soon. This will be a nice addition:

It looks like Charlie Granger's and Peace, Love and Little Donuts will be open within the next month or so as well. Hopefully they will be well on the way to opening the new market type space by spring. It's nice to see so much life in that area of 3rd Ave now. |
