Sounds like a company has plans to build $10 million in broadband infrastructure between Charleston and Huntington. The name of the company has not been released yet but expected to be sometime this summer. This would be absolutely fantastic news for the area and really open things up further for economic development.

This project would be huge for the area. Just look at the progress Chattanooga has made since their fiber network went live.
