Is that for certain? If you read the work description, it says "Construct roadway improvements along WV 10 between US 119 and I-64." The segment from HHS to Melissa would be what would get them to I-64. I can't find any other specifics though.

Sure wish they would start work on Rt 2 from Huntington to Parkersburg and beyond to the Northern Panhandle.

On a related note, work has begun again on US 52 between WV 75 and Prichard. State is updating the EIS and design plans from the 90s.

73/74 at least in WV will never happen. They will eventually complete the King Coal and Tolsia Highways but they won't be up to interstate standards
