Here's an updated from the H-D about Tanyard that isn't really an update and provides little new information or details. The only interesting part, in my opinion, is that Interstate Realty states that they create numerous site plans, to have for examples, to present to various potential retailers.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, the newest site plan on the website certainly depicts a wholesale building that strongly resembles a Costco.

And the design plan has been changed again, the wholesale club building is now removed. Makes you wonder what plan is the actual plan.

Looks like they have multiple layouts per the article above. I’m sure they rotate them to gage interest until they actually sign tenants to get the final layout.
