This is the name of a proposed apartment complex off Research Park Blvd. next to Emerald Ridge.

"proposed" - well that explains why I couldn't find any information on Addison Park Apartments. I saw them listed on Google Maps, but satellite view only shows dirt plots.

I'm utilizing all the resorces of the internet to research Apartments in the HSV area. I've noticed that there are a number of complexes that are not well advertised.

Type in "Addison Park Apartments in Huntsville, Al" in Google, and scroll down and click on "Development Status." This website is the the city of Huntsville's that shows the development status of proposed, approved, and under construction subdivisions and apartment complexes.

Forgive me if I go a little off topic for a moment, but I can't help notice a lack of loft apartments for rent around the Huntsville area. Years ago, investors began refurbishing closed factories / mills into loft apartments in North Georgia near Atlanta. Is this due to a lack of abandoned industrial bildings in the HSV area?

I think so, they are refurbishing buildings in Mobile into lofts and apts all over downtown . The building are from the 40s or even older and have been around forever. Mobile had a large downtown back then. Huntsville had just a few downtown buildings back in the 60s.
