I'm not really interested in grass-fed; every time I've had it, it sucked.

Did you ask at Publix if they can get you the ribs? They will usually try to do anything you want or need.

Earthfare had quite a wide meat selection when I was in there today (and it was not all grass-fed). It may be worth swinging in and talking to the guys behind the meat counter there.

Is this what you're looking for? Courtesy of a friend via a big city butcher (no that's not me in the picture).

What's Earthfare? I've never heard of it.

That would certainly work! Where can I get some of those?

Here's a pic I took of some ribs years ago that I got from Tim's Speciality Meats:

I just grilled some ground grassfed sirloin last night and they were some of the best burgers I have ever made. Only seasoned them with hickory salt & pepper, topped with cheddar, pulled them off at 130°-135° and let them rest 10 minutes in which they hit the low end of medium. They were super juicy and had a great flavor. I have read reviews where people have said grassfed beef tastes "gamey" or has a gristly texture and I have never experienced either. Grassfed cooks a lot faster, so most normal cooking times need to be decreased by 30-50%. Just my experience...
