Huntsville questions (Decatur, Madison: best neighborhood, condos, townhomes)

I might be able to get a job at these locations:

6290 University Dr Nw Huntsville, AL 35806

4711 University Dr Nw Huntsville, AL 35816

490 Production Ave Madison, AL 35758

Is it possible to find houses for 100k of less within 20 minutes of these locations? Thanks.

Yes, but you may not be in the best neighborhood. If you bump it up to 120-130, you'll have a lot more options in better locations.

You can find condos in the University Drive area (Monrovia Road) in that range. Production is surrounded by a lot of new construction, both condo/townhomes (Shamrock) and subdivisions. But there are some older areas of Madison that still fit easily into the 20 minute criteria. Maybe even Decatur is an option from Production. I'd start by contacting a Realtor who can do a market search for you and email you the findings. Welcome!

Thank you all. Those are Fedex Kinkos locations that I thought could work at, but they don't any opening at the moment . I might have to change my plan a little bit.
