We live in SE HSV and like the area but have found a lack of new custom homes minus the Indian Ridge development. We have thrown out the idea of Owens Cross roads due to driving and working in Huntsville. Does anybody have any info on Cardinal or John Gann home builders or any other quality custom builders? Also looking for ideas on how much it costs to prep flat lots in the area. I understand it varies widely but looking for any wags. I'm sure some of the ones in Stonemarke development and the mountain areas could get quite pricey on top of the lot cost itself. Thanks for any and all into.
