At this point, it isn't like the bridge replacement on Balch. That was somewhat ridiculous. Nance was closed for a year. That was ridiculous. To only be behind by a week or so doesn't even come close.

It has been delayed because of the terrible inclement weather we've had to endure lately - how do you expect them to work in this weather?

I don't know that I would call it terrible or inclement, but we did get a fair bit of rain, which is going to slow down the process.

Most of the rain we got over the past 10 days was last weekend. I mean the previous work week (10/01 - 10/05) had little to no rain and very nice temperatures.
