Actually, I don't think there is. There are two signs and both say Fuqua Properties, w/ a number to call for information. (I could be wrong about the company name). I believe there may be another lot south of that that has a for sale sign though. The one closest to that neighborhood.

I probably mistook the sign for info as a for sale sign.

As I recall, the land cleared has a sign that says Propst properties, then for sale underneath it.

Sounds like one of us needs to pay attention next time we drive by and get the correct information. ;-)

Verizon is confirmed but there will be other tenants as well, not sure what those are yet though.

Multi tenant rather building.
One space appears to be set up for a kitchen...

I'm going to throw out Bruegger's Bagelry or something like that. They don't need a lot of space for their places.

It's Propst Properties, and that is the absolute WORST location to put anything. Its going to make that intersection a traffic nightmare, especially people going south trying to access that property. That is in HSV, its not Madison (both of those lots are) so I am sure they care less what a bad traffic issue they are going to create there. That Mapco is already causing headaches.

Oh I know, tell me about it. That is the #1 reason why I will never live north of 72 in this town.

That whole intersection needs to be blown up and started over. But we all know how ALDONT operates. It might be fixed in 25 years.
