The story I've been told is that many years ago a PH driver got robbed / shot so they stopped delivery. There are other differences between HSV PH's and others. HSV doesn't have WingStreet wings, for example.

Right. And the franchise owner in HSV operates differently than many other franchises in the area. At the one on Highway 20 there's even a sign that tells you that they behave by their own rules.

Im thinking theres some investment that has to be made to be a wingstreet location. The regular wings are oven baked so every pizza hut has that covered. Wingstreet wings are fried so just buying the fryer and training and upkeep versus not even offering it may be something an owner has to weigh.
