My sister had an accident at a local business establishment and is weighing her options. Anyone know of any good injury lawyers that aren't named Charles Pittman?

In my experience, good and injury lawyer do not go together. Alexander Shunnarah sure does have a bunch of billboards.

I hope your sister is OK. And I concur that Shunnarah has the most billboards, and thus must be king of the injury lawyers here.

Just for curiosity what is the problem with Charles Pittman other than his dumb commercials?

She has her reasons that I wouldn't know about. She just said "no" with disgust as I sang that wonderful jingle to her. She's also a huge hockey fan and hates hearing it at the games.

Most personal injury lawyers are going to get about 50% of whatever she gets. I have a friend that was injured in an establishment and she wasn't even going to sue or anything but they quickly jumped up and offered her an amt. She did have to have surgery on her arm so she let them pay all of her bills and she left it at that. But, my point is that some places will make a reasonable offer without having to get an attorney involved.
And.. the fact that you mentioned online that she's doing great...well.. that could kinda take away from your case.
I would also add that since Pittman is doing so much advertising and still really trying to establish himself.. he might do a good job if you go that route.

Justin Timberlake.

Part of making things successful is having all the documentation and event sequence and photos ready at the intake interview. Also understand that the courts are horribly backed up - 2 years between filing and a court date is common. That means that a negotiated settlement is likely in your best interest if you have a life.
