Finally caught Tai Pan open tonight.

OH MY!!!

This is my new favorite Chinese place in town. Sad they won't be open for our "The Christmas Story" dinner.

Their wontons are the stuff dreams are made off. General Tso's.... fantastic.

Tai Pan is our favorite Chinese restaurant. They make the best hot and sour soup I've ever had. They are very good about tailoring your meal, too. I like a lot of heat and they always do it right.

Asian city on County Line Road in Madison has excellent lunch prices. Some of the highest quality grease you will find in the Tennessee Valley!!

We tried Big Bowl the other night. Now, that was a pleasant surprise. We ordered Panang Curry and Wonton Soup. Both dishes were very flavorful and fresh. The Panang Curry came with a side salad and a surprising dessert item - banana with cream cheese, wrapped in a wonton wrapper, and deep-fried. When you dipped the banana dessert in the accompanying sweet sauce, it tasted like Bananas Foster.

We'll be back there soon.

Among all asian restaurants, I think Viet Huong is the best restaurant in HSV.

We often go to Viet Huong for the seafood clay pot. I wanted Thai curry when we went to Big Bowl.
