I suppose it would go faster if more than 4 or 5 people were working at any one time. Anyone know if they are still on "schedule" or how much longer will it take?

Thanks.

I'm guessing they're waiting on Oct 1 when money starts to flow again. I'm sure the state isn't doing it in-house.

OK, so then they'll go back to 8 or 9 folks working at once!

Wonderful!

The completion date for the project is May 2015. Don't know why it's that far out as it seems likely they could have finished much sooner if they were working with a larger crew than they currently have on site.

My point exactly, but after 50 plus years of building highways, Alabama is pretty incompetent at it.

All this road construction in Madison at the same time is creating havoc.....OMP, County Line, Wall Triana. Also, aren't they getting ready to start County Line repaving south of Mill? I'm ready for it to all be done, I'm never late to appointments and lately I've run late to several because of all the redirected traffic.

Eventually, they're going to have so much going on that, for some emergency reason like a broken water main, they'll have to close the last road out of some area and just trap everyone inside.

Which would be hilarious, as long as it doesn't inconvenience me.

Hey stop complaining. I'd rather they are working the roads than complain about the poor road conditions.
