The fact of the matter is the guy already got instant-suspension....and personally I think deserves criminal charges.

This one is pretty cut and dry.

I hope the man recovers fully from his injuries.

Curious, but why two? It appears the trainee told the trainer that the victim couldn't understand him and didn't take part in the "take down."

is the answer to bmrisko's question.

The training officer was the one that violently shoved him to the ground so why should the trainee be fired?

Some of the rural cops in Kentucky literally are just hillbillies with badges, the training to become a cop here is kinda sad. The city cops here not as corrupt they are not bad thou.

That's what I thought as well. Handcuffed or not it sure looked to me like they already had him under control before he was violently thrown to the ground. In some situations with violent, hardened criminals the police obviously have to use some amount of force to apprehend some suspects but this situation was not one of them. He didn't need to be violently thrown to the ground like that and that is what is so wrong with this.

This actually happened in the Hardiman Place subdivision across from Whitworth Farms (on the other side of Hardiman Road). But yes as I said earlier in the thread I hope that community comes together to support this family.

I wonder if the training to be an Alabama cop is really bad, because in Kentucky you literally its a joke you don't even have to be in shape or have any intelligence to be a cop because nobody wants to be a cop in our rural areas and deal with methed out hillbillies and pill poppers in their trailers.
