What coffee shops do you recommend in the Huntsville/Madison area?
I am a bit of a coffee snob - I don't like over roasted coffee (Starbucks). |

This is an easy one...
Kaffeeklatsch to buy your own to brew at home. Awesome selection of coffee and tea from all over the world, they roast it right there in their own antique roaster. Downtown on Jefferson St. Old Towne Coffee for a true coffee shop. It on Pratt in the Old Town/Five Points area. Very nice neighborhood coffee shop. |

We like the Kaffeeklatch - It is a great place to talk about coffee. My husband and have enjoyed a few different roasts and buy green beans to roast at home. As far as a good coffee shop to go to in the evening in Madison/Monrovia I only have a list of places to avoid.

^^^Try Old Towne, that is the only place I can really recommend. However, a new gelato/pizza/coffee shop just opened on North Side Square downtown. They buy their coffee from the Kaffeeklatch. Also, their gelato is great and the pizza is AWESOME.
