I'm planning to take a trip to what I consider to be the best BBQ spot in Huntsville - Chuckwagon.
Anybody up for some seriously delicious BBQ?

I can give a two-thumbs and two-toes up on Chuckwagon.

I think it is a Texas style BBQ, maybe because the old man wears a cowboy hat indoor gave me that impression. It is by far the best BBQ place in the Huntsville area. It's beef brisket are moist & tender. When he cuts open the wrapping you can see the juices run down the briskest.

If you go there for lunch, GO EARLY, unless you're willing to wait in line for up to 1/2 hour!
