A client of mine built a home with Hyde this year in the Ashtynn Manor subdivision. The offer and selection process was VERY disorganized and made me worried about the actual construction but it turned out OK. They put the houses up SO quickly (my client signed the final paperwork at the end of Oct and we closed at the end of Jan) but I had my favorite home inspector (Mike Dove) do the inspection and he found only minor defects which were corrected quickly.

I have seen some Hyde Homes. They also build up in Fayetteville, TN where I moved here from. I would guess that based on what I have seen that their product is comparable to Breland Homes or at least the Breland Homes that I have seen. I think they are built quickly because they use prefabricated trusses that are already built and delivered to the building site. I have heard that prefabricated trusses are actually good because they are inspected in the factory before being delivered to the building site.
