Need Good Lawnmowing Service (landscaping, price, moving)

I need to find a good lawn mowing company/individual. I have Bermuda Grass, only needs cutting about 7 mos. a year. And a few shrubs to trim 2 x year. So many of the Large Landscaping companies only offer a very expensive annual contract. Would appreciate any input.

After my last guy (who I was really paying way more than I wanted to pay) shut down his business, I decided I did not want to enter another contract. But my lawn got out of control, and word-of-mouth recommendations all dead-ended. In desperation I went to Craigslist. Pete has been a find. He and his business partner do great work, on an as-needed basis, for a reasonable price, and Pete is intelligent, polite, knowledgeable, and communicates clearly and promptly. You can call or text.

I've used Mako for several years. No contract - I call them when I want my yard mowed. They come out within 2 days or so. I have them mow & edge once a month. (The rest of the month I do the mowing.)

They also do other lawn care, landscaping, and pressure washing.
