Cool ... I went to the one in Kennesaw/Marietta a couple years ago and it was ... interesting.

Is the new Duluth Trading Co. considered part of Town Madison? Breland says the new hotel at the Wall Triana/565 interechange is, and the new store is east of there.

I would think so. I thought Town Madison ran all the way from Zierdt to Wall Triana.

I've played golf at the airport course the last two days and haven't seen a Silver Airlines flight yet. I think they're using turbo-props, which would be noticeable. Considering where the runways are though, you only notice those landing toward the south on 180 Right ... the runway on the east side is too far away for arrivals to really be noticeable.

Don't know what their flight schedules are.

That must be the case. Most activity now is on the east end for the baseball stadium and apartments/hotel construction.

Duluth is in the portion that Breland acquired from Intergraph and labeled as the "West End" of Town Madison...so yes.

Yep they have the prop planes and my wife just flew on one yesterday. She said the ride was nice during takeoff and during flight but upon descent/approach it was pretty bumpy, so much that if lifted them out of their seats at landing. As for their schedule, they have one departure and one arrival per day.

Yes, it is, because Breland owns that land. While, it is perceived that Town Madison includes all land fronting I-565 between Wall Triana and Zierdt Rd, there is a parcel of land where the golf center is located which he doesn't own. That land, 34 acres, is for sale now, and it's surprising that Breland hasn't purchased it. If you look on the website, emapsplus.com and select Alabama/MadisonCounty and then scroll to that parcel located just east of Intergraph Way, you can see the property ownership information.
