Interesting, what are some of these authentic sit-down Chinese restaurants in this area?

Tai Pan and Dim Sum are the two that come to mind, although both are far from authentic., however they are sit-down and not take-out focused.

Absolutely!!! And don't forget Big Bowl for some great Thai cuisine (those fried banana spring roll treats are great).
We frequent both.

Is Phuket still in Providence? I haven't been in a couple of years but it was really good.

"Good" depends on the person eating. That's why I've neer understood people asking the waitress or waiter, "What's good tonight". It's almost certain that you have different taste in food than the server and wouldn't necessarily like what they recommend.

You're right, it was good when I took the family there. It's been a few years since we've been back there as well.

Me too. I've never understood people arguing about food. You like what you like and I like what I like. No amount of discussion is going to change that.

Not necessarily Huntsville related, but Ikea is finally opening in Nashville. Will save us about 2 hrs compared to driving to the Memphis or ATL location.
