They've been doing a bunch of work on the backside - I'm no expert but I think they were putting in external walk-in freezers or fridges (chillers? never worked in a restaurant so I don't know what you'd call it). They bricked some walls around them, so they are continuing to work, even if it doesn't look like much from looking at the interior. They've also been doing ventilation work, probably in preparation for the ovens to go in.

Looks like the place is painted. Spoke to someone yesterday and they said it will open in May - no date given, but I'd guess 2-3 weeks.

I was driving through Providence at like 10:30 PM a few nights ago and they were working inside. Seems like they are really working hard to get this place open.

Wonder what the hold up has been. It could not have been cheap paying rent during the construction, although I'm not sure how those arrangements are set up.
I guess they've somehow been caught up in the credit crunch? I don't know, but it took a LONG time.

Was past there last night and it looked like they were doing training, the back parking lot was packed and there were a ton of employees inside. I didn't have a chance to stop in and ask, but I'd guess a soft opening is almost here. Tables, lights, etc were all ready and it looks like they have the staff in place.
