It seems they can't fill the strip malls we already have. I mean, look at all the vacancies on Hughes. I suppose the subdivisions off County Line Rd are more likely to support businesses there, as it's more convenient than driving to Madison or Huntsville.

When we finally took my grandfather's car away from him when he was living in a senior living community, we found 5 licenses in his wallet. He kept getting them taken away and somehow managed to keep getting new ones re-issued. He apparently had friends in the right places.

There comes a point when all you can do is laugh, but it is sad when they lose their freedom...

All of the subdivisions along County Line Road except for Copperfield are in the City of Madison.

Anyone know what is going in at the SE corner of Palmer and County Line? Several new buildings being framed up behind Hunt Club.

Does anyone know what is being built on the west side of County Line Road, directly south of the JCHS entrance? I can't find any information on this parcel...and construction crews are active on site doing prep work.
