Default Commuting from Fort Payne to Huntsville

My family and I are relocating to Fort Payne Alabama and I was wondering how the commute was from Ft. Payne to Huntsville. Any info would ge greatly appreciaited.

I think it would be 35 South to 72 West, and take about an hour and a half. But that's just a guess-timate.

I wouldn't want to commute that on a daily basis. 35 is divided highway out of Ft. Payne, but not in any way limited access. You might also expect an occasional problem if there is a snow or ice storm, since you do have to climb out of Ft Payne.
