I would like to see Planet Hollywood come to Huntsville or Madison. The Wann Springs lifestyle center in Madison can be a great fit for a Planet Hollywood restaurant and bar as it will attract people on I-565 and get attention from other cities like Birmingham, Nashville, and Atlanta. I would also like to see a Rainforest Cafe locate in Constellation in downtown. That would be a super idea considering that a Dave and Busters can be a possible tenant in that area.

My other picks:
Planet Hollywood (already mentioned)
Rainforest Cafe
Dolce and Gabanna
Hard Rock Cafe (dead concept at Constellation but would still like to see one)
Diesel Jeans
7 For All Mankind
True Religion

Sports Authority coming to Bridge Street as well as big box stores too. Sounds like a healthier position (more main stream) for Bridge Street to be heading towards.
"The 42,000-square-foot store is slated to open in summer 2010 as part of the mixed-use development's second phase...Bridge Street's second phase will include more than 150,000 square feet of big-box and specialty stores..."
Bridge Street to get Sports Authority - al.com
