2700 homes effectively nowhere in an environment where even homes near employment centers are struggling to sell.

Unfortunate, but this one is DOA.

I am cautious. I hate to see sprawl. That can also tax resources (natural and monetary) more than it contributes.

Hopefully it doesn't. All the project is a bunch of sprawl located in the middle of nowhere. Who would want to live there anyways?
