Hi all! Been following this forum for a while now but this is my first post. Does anyone know any details about the site development going on at Douglass Rd. right before you get to Hwy. 53 intersection? It looks like a new subdivision but there's no signage specifying the builder.

They are building new developments on top of eachother left and right in that area. Meanwhile, Sparkman High School is already way overcrowded.

This new residential subdivision, Twin Creeks, is within Huntsville city limits and will be zoned for Columbia HS. Ashton Springs and Anslee Farms are also Hsv city limits and were incorporated prior to any homes being constructed.
