A good bit actually, all along Clinton from Monroe west, the infamous Constellation site, area along Davis the street where RFCU is going. Development along Meridian and Church streets. Razing of existing structures like the old bus station , the public housing across the street, etc.

Gotta wonder when somebody is going to build something across Clinton from the VBC. Seems like prime property going to no use at the moment. Maybe whoever owns it is just waiting for the right thing.
I believe work is being done on the right thing currently.

Has anyone posted on this project before? I don't remember hearing about Trailhead. What are the details?

https://www.legacyhomesal.com/trailhead

It is a Traditional Neighborhood Development (Providence style) off 72E. This is the land that was going to be Harris Hills about a decade ago. Legacy has built out several road and greenways with a few houses already up.
