A click up from the neighborhoods to the north of it off Bailey Cove Road, but nothing particularly noteworthy. I'd guess 1800 to 2500 sf homes, mixture of brick or siding construction. Some good builders built houses in there, some not so good. Probably Challenger Elementary and Middle School which are just down a ways on Hobbs Road. Grissom High School.
