One thing that I love about houses in Alabama are the Jack and Jill baths. When i mentioned that to my Realtor, she was like, I've never seen that.

Jack & Jill bath? Is that where there is 1 bathroom with private access from 2 separate bedrooms?

Two bedrooms share a bathroom; The bathroom is in the middle and the bedrooms are on each side. That's the way every one I have seen has been arranged.

Yep, my son and daughter share one. Daughter has a sink / vanity area with a door that closes between her room and the vanity and another door between the vanity and the Tub and Shower area. There is another door between the Tub and Shower area and the toilet area. Son has the same sink / vanity area with a door leading to the Tub and Shower. It has worked great, especially trying to get two kids ready for bed each night.
