I certainly will if those cities are my destination. But now that I'm retired, I don't do much flying. I had enough of that when I worked - was gone out of town for about half the time. But when and if I do fly, it'll be from HSV, not some other airport. It's practically in my back yard.

Charleston and NOLA (home) are definitely on our lists.

We tend to drive when going home, but when just one of us needs to go down for something with family, it will be perfect.

Charleston - been wanting to go for a while, but wasn't looking forward to the long drive.

Tampa - Might catch a Rays game

Charleston is definitely worth a visit. I like it much more than Savannah, but both are nice.

Be sure and take one of the tour buses. You learn a lot more about the city that way.

Charleston is quite a bit larger than I thought it'd be before we went. Their airport (pre-pandemic) is pretty busy as well - they get a lot of tourists. It's really good that we now have service there. I don't recall seeing how often the Breeze flights will be, whether daily, weekly, or somewhere between. And they're not directly competing with Frontier or Silver.
