Both of my daughters live in Meridianville, AL. One lives in "Greenlawn" subdivision, which is very upscale. Lots sell for 50K to 70K. Very nice, swimming pool, tennis court. Houses in the $450,000- up range. Other daughter just bought a very small 3 bd, 2 bath house behind the Publix grocery store for $110,000.00. Schools are county and a good distance away..... but transportation is provided by county. Several nice churches nearby, lots of people are moving there and building is booming. Hope this is helpful. ![]() |
