How many sq ft per dollar? golf community versus metes and bounds? Has this changed? IS it lower this year versus last year? Is inventory how much higher this year? Average days on the market? Is this a real buyers market or a sorta buyers market..I am NOT a golfer but I love trees...any builder's offering incentives?
