hey all! hopefully someone can help me out... i currently live in cookeville, tn(about 3 hours north of AL) and my husband just got a job in the huntsville area and we are in need of a place to live(by august 1st or sooner).... i've searched the net for some rental places but i cant really find anything until we come down to actually check things out.... heres what im looking for... a 3 bedroom HOUSE 1-2 baths... a garage would be a plus but could live without it if there was some other storage (my husband has all his tools/air compressor/lawn mower that need to go somewhere) ... a fenced in yard would be nice, but again could live without!... and also has to allow inside dogs...we have a boston terrier and an american bulldog... we also have 2 little girls under 5 .... we would love to live out towards the country, but right now beggers cant be choosers, right! haha .... so if anyone can give me any info on a place or atleast where else to look i would be highly appreciative!.... also im not looking to go over $750 ... thanks so so much in advanced!!...and we are really looking forward to enjoying living in Alabama!!

I think in that price range your best bet is to check the Sunday newspaper listings. Very few listings in that range are on valleymls.com, but there are many in the newspaper.
