Pearson Homes is now building in Spencer Green. To my knowledge, this is the first neighborhood Woodland has started but not finished.......

Does anyone know why Woodland didn't finish Spencer Green. I know they dropped the prices, had a friend who lost alot of money on selling their house and they may have been in Spencer Green for 2 years.
