Cobolt: I heard the Botannical Gardens are great -- you might want to visit them while you are here. I am taking my daughter there next Monday before the current exhibit is over.

There are a lot of "jewels" of fun around here--have a super visit!

I sent you a message. Not sure how to work all that. Hope you got it.

ALSO, fun to walk the historical downtown area of Huntsville. See the old houses and eat at Humphery's, see where Tallulah Bankhead was born, etc. There is also a real old hardware store that is maintained by the Historical Society that is fun as well as Early Works. There is alot of local theatre that is fun to go to along with a Showcase for Artists once a month at the Von Braun Center.
Cglover - by the way, next to the Botanical Gardens there use to be a place you could go and get free mulch and compost. I bet it is still there. The city of Madison has on Wednesdays a concert in the park that is fun and use to have a farmer's market on Saturday Am. Had to get there early though. Also try hiking up Rainbow Mountain such as it is in Madison. You access that off of Hughes through a neighborhood. I can't wait to get back!!!! Haven't even gotten to Wheeler Wildlife or Mooresville (where Tom SAwyer was filmed) or Cathedral Caverns or Monte Santo park, Burrett on the Mountain and the mountains.
