Default Riverside Venue

I wanted to know if that castle looking building/house next the the River in Decatur once you cross, or are coming over the bridge (to the right) is available for rent? I'm having my wedding in February, and it would be perfect if I'd be able to have my reception there. Does anyone know where I could find this information?

No, it's not for rent. If you know the family, you could ask them directly. It's really not that big inside. Most of it is offices of the family business and foundation, with a really nice "living room" and bar on the bottom floor. They do allow non-profit groups to use it, but they don't rent it. I know - I tried!
