Yeah what James said. That's all we need to further congest the rush hour traffics in & out of rideout road

Another major development inside of gate is the Memphis-to-Atlanta Highway. It will cut through Redstone connecting I-565 to memorial parkway.

Back to topic. Can anyone recomend good weekend brunch restaurants in Madison area? Nothing fancy but decent traditional brunch stuff with good atmosphere. Don't mean to criticize but I am so tired of eating sandwiches for brunch....

We finally made it out to Sam & Greg's this week. It's a great atmosphere, and the gelato is excellent. The pizza was pretty good, not great.

We'll go back again - the kids will insist 'cause they love all pizza and they liked the gelato.

Have you tried Johnsons family restaraunt in Madison? A family dive, but oh so good It's off of Hwy 20 and Wall Triana, on the highway side. Not much of a brunch atmosphere, however. Call ahead to see what time breakfast is served.

We went to the small family owned Vietnamese place on Madison Blvd. for lunch one day over Thanksgiving holidays. Name of the place is Saigon, I believe. Had the House Special Clay Pot and it was excellent. Recommended it to a friend and they liked it as well!

Yeah I've been trying to go to that place but everytime I stop by it is closed !! How can a restaurant stay in business that closes on Saturday and Sunday ?

Yes that place serves very good vietnamese food, comparable to west coast little saigon (vietnamese town) food quality.

Took a crew from work to Po Boy Factory on Friday - everyone loved it. It has a cool atmosphere, friendly service, and great food. I had an oyster po boy and etouffee.

The place was absolutely packed for Friday lunch and people were waiting quite a while for tables. We got there at 11:40 or so and waited probably 15 minutes for a table, and people arriving at noon or later were waiting even longer.

Has anyone been to Scruffy's Seafood, next door? It appears to be run by the same folks, so I will definitely try it out also.
