If you like Big Bob's, you should try Lil Paul's across from Huntsville Hospital. I like his BBQ better! He also has a great menu of other alternatives...excellent chicken salad!
He teaches a cooking class at the Interior Market in Hampton Cove...I have always wanted to take it!
Lil Paul is Big Bob's son

The other day our family had lunch at Papou's on South Side Square in downtown Huntsville (couple of doors down from Harrison Brothers Hardware). It is a Greek Cuisine restaurant. We thought the food was great and the price was reasonable. We are planning on going there for dinner soon. They make their stuffed grape leaves during the day so they are fresh for the dinner crowd....I want to try them! Our daughter had their Tyropita and love it...and she is a picky eater!

We finally made it out to Madison tonight to try Spice of India.
The food was excellent. We had Malai Kofta, Aloo Gobi, and Naan.
The location - inside the Country Hearth Inn - is less than optimum, but the restaurant is pleasant enough inside.
It's called "Restaurant & Bar" on the sign, so we were surprised to find they didn't serve alcohol. Perhaps they lost their license.
I will probably go back again at lunchtime to try the buffet.
It's unlikely we will go out of our way for dinner there again, when Sitar is much closer to home and similar quality of food.

Read through the first few pages of this thread, and definitely agree with most of what's posted.
I see a few people are concerned about the general quality, and price of food at the Bridge Street. I'll not comment myself on places I haven't eaten at yet, because I've heard nothing but bad things about all of the restaurants at the north end (near the Monaco), excluding Red Robin.
I highly recommend checking out Sakoa, Japanese grill. The quality of the food there is great, and it's prepared at fast food speeds (5-7 minutes). There is a Sushi bar run by 2 men (one bar, so only one person there at a time), each with 15+ years in experience with Sushi.
It's also, by far, the cheapest Japanese restaurant I've been to in N. Alabama so far.
Even if you don't particularly care for Japanese food in general, you should stop by and get a chicken don (bowl of rice w/ teriyaki chicken).
The only complaint I have with the place is the small menu, but have heard multiple times that they're working on a more robust menu.
Located in suite 113 (The one with Cajun Grill, and Tommy's Pizza. If you enter from the main entrance, it's the little food court on the left after you pass PF. Changs, Apple, and a few clothing stores)
Phone number is 256-327-8635
