I'm not in the downtown area that often, but a friend of mine had really bad service there so I haven't made the trip to the Burrito.

New Burrito place opened on 72 in Athens, anyone try it?

Stem and Stein - might need to check it out one Friday night.

Made a trip to Luciano last week - our first visit since it reopened under new management.

Not sure why they kept the name (I guess they saved the cost of a new sign), because it is nothing like the old place. The menu is eclectic and does not offer the usual Italian standards. Everything we ordered was delicious. There is a heavy emphasis on seafood, a nice surprise considering good seafood restaurants are short supply around here.

It's a bit pricey, entrees in the $20-30 range and appetizers around $10.

Definitely recommended for a nice evening out.

I loved Luciano's in Athens when it was open, but now I am sorry to hear it is so heavy in Seafood in SE Huntsville Location... major allergy there. I wish we had Lebanese--Miss the ME food I could get in DC--home of where all policy is created and some major yummy food. But I digress. I wish wish wish I could find an amazing French continental restaurant with really amazing demi glace sauces and reductions, awesome duck and just a new twist on food here. Haven't found it.

I just saw an indication of a new restaurant opening in Huntsville on the NE corner of Highway 431 and Old 431 in the Big Cove area. It is called "The Villa" and it is "coming soon". This used to be the Nikko Japanese Restaurant.
