Question 1/2 Day Preschools Madison County

Looking for suggestions on 1/2 Day 4 year old programs in the Madison County, AL and surrounding areas. Does anyone have any suggestions? We are headed to Huntsville to house hunt in a few weeks but I would like to visit some preschools while we are there.

Are you planning on buying a home based on where the preschool is located? If not, then we would probably need to know where you are going to buy a home. Madison County is a big place. Any approximations as to where you will buy?

We are sending our four year old to Hampton Cove Academy. I like everything about it except on thing, but I can live with it. Others I have heard good things about are Montesorri and Primrose, but like I wrote above, location is pretty important. All three are in different places.

Default 1/2 Day Preschool Madison County, AL

Well I was hoping to get some ideas on schools first and then narrow down the areas for homes. I do know we want to be either within the 35824 zip code or no more than 15 miles outside of this zip code. Like I said it is hard to know since we have not been there yet to look around.

My daughter went to Country Day School for 6 weeks while we were staying at the Homewood Suites. I really like the school and the teachers seemed very nice . They use Montessori philosopy and materials , but this is not a Montessori School. If we would have bought a house near the school we would have sent our daughter there. We are sending our daughter to Hampton Cove Academy for this school year.

Asbury on Hughes Rd in Madison has one of the most touted preschools around. Typically it is hard to get into, so you might have to go on a waiting list. It is definately worth checking out.
