Default Cove Creek?

A friend of mine is looking for a home in Huntsville, not necessarily a new construction. She had run across Cove Creek. Her children are grown, so schools are not a concern. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

The only thought I'd have is even thought your friend has no kids, I think it is generally a good idea to buy into a neighborhood with good schools anyway; Resale is important too.

But what if you she's paying cash and is elderly and retiring? Then it doesn't matter where you buy. Although that would explain why there are numerous eldery or child free couples in my neighborhood of 2400 sq ft min homes.....
