I was just outside and noticed the moon has a blue ring around it. I have never seen anything like that before.

sometimes lenses can cause it at wider apertures

My wife & i have seen that before I think its from the moisture in the air at high altitude like ice crystal & the light refraction of the moon,that is what makes it look that way!! TIS COOL!!
