Question Non denominational churches in Huntsville

We currently go to the Vineyard in Augusta, GA and I see there is a Vineyard in Huntsville as well. Anybody know of any other contemporary churches (Christian) in Huntsville? Also, any website links to to any churches you would be so helpful as well.

"The Rock" is a growing non-denom church and has a great reputation. The Vineyard here is a small group.

Stay away from "Global Impact Church" on Stephanie Dr. The pastor tells lies about former members. Don't get it confused with "Impact Church" on University.

Check out "Huntsville Church" on south part of Memorial Pkwy.

There's not a good choice of non-denom churches in this area. There's not a good choice of contemporary churches here. Strange. There's better choices in smaller cities.

Why do you not check with your church first? Vinyard is in Birmingham. Might be worth a Sunday trip to go to church and then sightsee a bit.

Word Of Truth in NW Huntsville , on Winchester Rd. Great church , great people , WOW ! what musicians , they have a fantastic praise and worship service . This a very diversified church , an even mix of white and black members , they have to have 2 morning services to accommodate crowds. and as mentioned in another post , The Rock is a real happening place too , I think they have several different services too , even one on Saturday night.

Building Church is a new church in Huntsville. It meets at the Rave Movie Theather at 10:00 Sunday morning. The pastors are great. It is contempory music with an uplifting, life applicable message. Still small enough to get to know the pastors and members. Small Groups are just starting in homes. They have a free market small group concept. Whatever your passion make it into a small group. Jesus a part of all your life.

The Rock is a very good church, but hard to get connected.

Summit in Madison is actually Southern Baptist. It is very good and a growing church.

Hope to see you at Building Church.
Beth

Calvary Assembly in Decatur is building out on Alabama 20 toward I-65. They are a denomination (can't remember which, but it's not Baptist or Methodist) but seem to function as a non-denominational.

Default Calvary Assemby in Decatur is AWESOME!!!

I'm with the other post. I am a member there and me and my 4 boys ages 14-15months old and husband all love it there. The praise and worship is awesome and this church has a youth ministry for the teens that is awesome. Pastor Brad really get's involved with the Teens and my son just loves Wednsday nights. We are currently building one of the largest churches off of hwy 20. Stop by and visit. The services are 11am and 9am on Sunday. Wednesday nights at 6:30. :: Calvary :: Decatur, Al
