Greenville is more cosmopolitan and polished. I don't mean entirely sophisticated or truly diverse, but an effort has been made to make it feel that way. They seem more concentrated on curb appeal and promoting the downtown - I mean - seriously - the downtowns are much different.

Greenville had an aloof if not downright cold quality that made me uncomfortable. Here it's not as, em, refined, but I don't get the rude stares, either. Here, everyone smiles at me.

But, yeah - any town can share similarities...

I think that Huntsville is little bit more cosmopolitan than Greenville considering the Ville's size.

Statistically, yes. Environmentally, no.

Why Greenville? And yes we care about how our city and downtown look.
