If you've ever actually visited Mooresville you'd understand why the residents don't care to be "the next big thing." The whole town is a piece of history and one feels like they've stepped back in to the 19th century when visiting (that would be the 1800s by the way). I don't think apartments and shopping malls and Stuckey's is what they're looking for. However the interchange you are so thrilled about happens to be in Huntsville city limits but dangerously close to Mooresville.
