Looking for a good In-town Moving Company...
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with a good in-town moving company? We are moving from a 3bdrm2bath apartment (2nd Floor) on Zeirdt Road to a 2 story home in Madison... Approximately an 11 mile drive. The reason we need a full service moving company is I will be 7.5 months pregnant and we also have a 20 month old underfoot as well! We can do a lot of the basic packing, but need help with the major lifting because my husband can't do it alone. Someone who is licensed and insured is a must...
I've found a couple places online, but it always helps to have input from folks who have "been there"!
Thanks for any help you can give!

Be sure to check the BBB too. While not all complaints are valid you can get a general idea if someone has been reported for the same issue more than once.

I used two guys and a truck. Estimate was good, but the actual movers were amazing. They finished under time and were under the estimate by $200 or so by just being fast. Nothing broken, nothing damaged. Guys were friendly and I had to give them a decent tip.

Two Men and a Truck also moved the Rescue Mission into their new digs - no charge. I've never used them, but they've got my goodwill for that

A good majority of my buyers have used Two Men and a Truck and have been very pleased. Are you having them pack you as well? If not, I can get you some great moving boxes from clients

We used Two Men & A Truck for several of our clients who were downsizing, to include my parents' move and the subsequent clean out of the apartment upon their deaths. Always pleased, always reasonable.
