As for commute to Huntsville, it would depend greatly on the time of day you leave. If you leave at rush hour, it will take you much longer than if you leave a bit before it or after it! Max, in my experience, would be 40 minutes, 20 minutes is more standard.

There are several Elmores, I'll bet that is Troy, not Roger, who has bought several parcels of land for investment. I don't know for sure, though.

The "E" In EMW does not stand for Elmore. It stands for ELROD. The EMW is Glen Elrod, John Martin, And Gray Winn.

Has Athens thought about annexing East Limestone? If it has, would be this benefit the city and the East Limestone residents?

That is the truth, two teachers together cannot buy a decent house in Florida. It is sad how I have been out priced in my home state.
Ha, I don't think this is next to the thread it was "supposed" to reference! They were talking about comparative house prices!
