I agree with KE here...I think an aquarium and possibly a well designed, open area Zoo would be splendid. Less cage, more moat. Could even engage in a rehabilitation/breeding release program.
That would draw the local community and neighboring cities. Just got to make sure that it has ample, safe shelter for the animals and visitors, and in/outdoor viewing. |
